Our Top Autumn Pumpkin Recipes

We have officially hit Autumn, which of course means cosy jumpers, colour-changing leaves and the iconic pumpkin.

Aside from being carved for a Halloween pumpkin, there’s a whole host of delicious recipes you can whip up, to make the most of this versatile crop. So, to make it easier for you, we’ve put together some our favourites:

1. Prawn and Pumpkin Curry (Via Olive Magazine)

This impressive prawn and pumpkin curry may look complicated, but once you have all the ingredients prepped it’s quite quick to make. Serve with steamed basmati rice and top the curry with crisp fried shallots and fried curry leaves, or fresh coriander.
